Last minute check is very crucial before even closing a sale. See to it that you schedule a visit to the property you wanted to buy like a few days before the closing date of the sale. Check if the condition of the property is still the same from the time you agreed to buy it from the former owner; don’t rush things because it will cause more problems if you don’t do it. Make sure that electricity, water and heating system are functioning; inspect the floors, walls, roof and ceiling plus the doors and windows if still intact and no need for repair. Lastly, check or ask the owner of the house if all their belongings were removed already.
